Hi Guys, New to this as some may already have gathered...
Please advise on the following :- I've just downloaded rp-pppoe-3.3.tar.gz file as per the instructions. Now since I'm new I did not know where to save this file so I saved it into the roots folder( as the browsers default suggested) then I followed the instructions to run tar and then run the ./go command which I think is to compile the program ( Am I on the wright wavelength with this ??) when I ran the tar command it uncompressed the application into the root folder, my question is which folder should I have uncompressed this file into so as to keep to a/the standard? Also can I just move the rp-pppoe folder that was created in the root folder to another folder? If not do I have to uninstall and then re-install or just leave it where it is?
