Try Premier batteries (Tell Alf that Biomed @ Lismore Base Hosp referred you)
Be aware tho, that I have had troubles with an aftermarket Li-on battery for
a Compaq, and had to go original. (ie get a guarantee it will work in your
system)
If the pack is NiMh, it is re-packable usually for $100- $150. (Li-on are
not repackable, and have a limited life too (...so oo beware when buying s/h
laptops : Li-on batteries go suddenly - work 1 time, not the next, not like
Nicads, or NiMh, which fade away gradually.) 2 years is a reasonable life
expectancy for current Li-on batteries.
