[SLUG] ask rpm

Dear List: I  "rpm -ivh SDL-1.2.3-1.i386.rpm" under Slackware I got a list of *.lib.so that rpm cant find for installation. but I can find those library by "locate *.lib.so"   Is there any config-file(like profile to change $PATH) to  lead rpm to find those librarys ?       TIA Henry
