Hi Slugs, I'm having to build a new email server from... debian-exim-qpopper to mandrake-sendmail-qpopper.
i'm going to transfer the following files across from the old to the new system. /etc/passwd /etc/shadow /var/spool/mail/* then give the new machine the same name and IP address as the old machine and turn off the old and turn on the new. The question is...is that all that is needed to make the change or is there more to it than that?
