Folks.

I'm getting an error message daily from cron as it {presumably} tries to
clear out stale files in a directory.

The error is this.

find: /var/cache/man/es/cat1: Permission denied
find: /var/cache/man/es/cat2: Permission denied

Now, if I try and look into these directories, I can't - I can get to one
level below the problem {/var/cache/man/es}, but I cannot either enter,
delete or list the cat1 and cat2 directories.

Any suggestions? When I try and do anything, I get

fred:/var/cache/man/es # ls -l
ls: cat1: Permission denied
ls: cat2: Permission denied
total 2
drwxr-xr-x 4 man daemon 75 Apr 19 14:08 .
drwxr-xr-x 24 man root 517 Apr 19 00:15 ..
fred:/var/cache/man/es #

lsattr won't work either, so I'm going to assume chattr won't as well.
