First your ISDN connection is that going to be closed from internet
traffic? or is it open to all traffic?
The thing is you would have a security problem with the latter.
Then I would suggest that you use IPSec between the 2 sites.
Ideally IPSec would be a good solution between the 2 sites reguardless.
