I suggest replacing: You can also unsubscribe using email. Simply use "unsubscribe <password>", using the password you were sent when you joined up. with: You can also unsubscribe by emailing [EMAIL PROTECTED] - place "unsubscribe <password>" in the Subject line, using the password you were sent when you joined up. It's a much clearer set of directions that doesn't assume that they've read anything else.
