Sorry, Ken, linuxconf DOES NOT exist in the RH 7.3 distro. It has definitely been removed (can't locate it with "find" either). The RH site doesn't indicate a replacement, and the release notes state it is unstable with 7.3 and that is why it was removed.
Now you know why I am trying to locate a replacement system config utility.
