And that Courier is based on Maildir. :-)

  Maildir/         <- inbox
    .Folder/       <- sub-folder "Folder"
    .Folder.Sub/   <- sub-folder of "Folder", called "Sub"

Given the root Maildir being the inbox, it would be challenging to provide
folders at the same level in a standard manner.
