The file format is set in the DNS RFC, so any DNS tool will do. Personally, I wouldn't bother. Configure DHCP and dynamic DNS and do away with the manual maintenance of zone files altogether. For public services like web servers use dhcpd.conf to allocate a fixed IP address to that ethernet card address.
