How about trying adobe's "universal postscript windows driver"?

according to the instructions, you need a .ppd file describing your
printer options.  for ps2pdf, you might want to find a ppd somewhere
and hack it up to provide whatever options/defaults you want
(linuxprinting.org will create .ppd files on the fly if you're so inclined)
