We discussed this for a short time at the ctte meeting last night. Our first
step is to arrange a meeting for interested SLUG/LINK people, Howard's
contact, and hopefully some informed DET people. if we already have contacts
"on the inside".
I'll post time/venue/etc in the next couple of days.
