Heaps!
My company has pd. heaps in the past to recruitment agencies,
even though we've had to do much work in the interviewing and
winnowing area ourselves .. they are hopeless.
Our latest recruitment cost $90.00 for an ad on seek.com, we
did the interviewing and winnowing from amongst 30 applicants
and are most happy.
Everyone: encourage employers to us the much cheaper online
recruitment web sites ... the results may astonish you!
