If it is beautifully crafted then to put it bluntly Word will not be
able to do justice to the layout that LaTeX is capable of. One has to
just import it into Word as rtf, text or HTML and re-typeset it again.

You can import the HTML directly into Word. Your best bet is latex2rtf
and that into Word. But it will look slightly different and will need
some changes.
