It's meant to have a shorter release cycle than 2.4.19. Keep up with kernel
stuff via Kernel Traffic <http://kt.zork.net> and if it keeps going, LWN.

You can probably find the relevant patches for 2.4.19 around somewhere - see
http://www.kernelnewbies.org/ for their patch lists, or search the LKML
archives.
