Hi Slugoids,

Weird one here: I'm having Mozilla, Galeon, and OpenOffice hang on me
periodically - they just stop responding, can't be shutdown via the
window manager, appear to be sleeping via top, shut down okay via a
vanilla kill.

It's semi-random, in that sometimes a given document loads fine in
OpenOffice, for instance, and other time it hangs, but at different
points in the document.

An strace of OO where it hangs looks like this:

read(4, "\16\0\233wX\6\240\1\0\0>\10qz\30\10p\207o\10\1\0\0\0\1"..., 32) = 32

(continues with these EAGAIN errors)

File descriptor 4 is a socket on /tmp/.X11-unix/X0.

Anyone seen anything like this before, or have ideas about how to debug
this further?

TIA,
Gavin
