Install the first one, and leave space for the second. I'd recommend using
the same /home partition if you can, like this:

  Red Hat - / (root)
  SuSE - / (root)
  /home (personal files for all users)

That means that your personal configurations would be used across both
distributions. Around 1.5-2Gb should be a good size for the root partitions,
for a fairly well loaded desktop.
