The Linux USB website (http://www.linux-usb.org/) and the Linux Working Devices list (http://www.qbik.ch/usb/devices/) are the best places to start looking for information. According to the list, the Targus PA260U is supported by the pl2303 driver, so you should be fine. The USB Guide (http://www.linux-usb.org/USB-guide/book1.html) and your distribution documentation should tell you everything you need to set up and use the adaptor. -- Pete [EMAIL PROTECTED] Let's just say that if complete and utter chaos was lightning, then he'd be the sort to stand on a hilltop in a thunderstorm wearing wet copper armour and shouting "All gods are bastards". -- Rincewind (Terry Pratchett, The Colour of Magic) -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/slug
