If you're still talking about workspace changing, that's in the Keyboard
Shortcuts control panel with everything else. :-)

On mine, I click once on the second column, it changes to "Type a new
shortcut" and I press some keys.

What is listed under the Desktop and Window Management sections in your
Keyboard Shortcuts control panel?
