I just found a site listing people with GPG keys and keysigning events. It's mostly useful for finding people nearby to do keysignings with.
Currently there are only two people on there from Sydney (and one of them's me). I'd like to get Sydney onto the Top Cities listing (and we only have to get another 13 keys to make it to No 1). The website is http://www.biglumber.com/, and all you have to do is register your key there and enter your details, and you're on.
