Hi all,
I bought a faulty copy of Red Hat 7.3 from Next Publications a few months ago and a few days ago I received a replacement CD. Everything seemed to work fine after a full installation, until when it was time to turn off the computer - it simply won't turn off. It lists all the "shut down.." and the final line is "Power down.". But the computer doesn't turn off and neither does the monitor.
Does anybody have the same problem? Is it a problem with my computer or is it Linux's problem?
