Yep, I know how to put things on hold. What I'm trying to do is when I do an "apt-get upgrade" only packages with new version numbers NOT revision numbers are upgraded. e.g. lsof 4.64-1 will only be upgraded if 4.65 or higher becomes available not 4.64-2. Is that possible?? -- ************** * Simon Wong * ************** -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/slug
