try installing spam assassin. or configuring your mailserver to use rbls. The rbls that I use are free and their addresses are
relays.visi.com relays.ordb.org inputs.realys.osirusoft.com dialups.relays.osirusoft.com spews.relays.osirusoft.com These will cut down a great deal of spammers from your site. > I use the the access file in /etc/mail/access to help > reduce spam.
