Which is what exactly? Someone who participates via mailing lists?
Someone who goes to SLUG/DebanSIG/PythonSIG?
Someone who writes documentation? Someone who writes code?
Iwonder if most people alsot thought of the last one.
I'm somewhat surprised you just didn't ask people to send you the
reason they should win in a certain number of words or less.
