Best deal I've been able to find is here http://adsl.datafast.net.au/ $99.50 per month for 512/128, 4000 peak downloads, 9000 offpeak downloads {offpeak 12:00 midnight to 07:00 am}, fixed IP {subject to network redesign's when/if necessary}, extra downloads 12 cents a meg peak, 9 cents a meg off peak. 3 month minimum contract, then pay on a month by month basis. WHile I haven't gotten around to connecting with these guys yet, I've spoken to others who have, and the service is quite good - reliable, reasonably fast, and you only pay for downloads {I.E. outbound data is free}. As soon as I can work out a few issues with my home cabling, I'm connecting to them like a shot.
