Hey Sluggers, I have having trouble getting atd to start on Debian Woody.
I have apt-get remove --purged it and removed /var/spool/cron/atjobs so it should be back at scratch. Then I apt-get install it and when it starts it just dies with this in syslog: atd[29475]: Removing stale lockfile for pid 10110 atd[29475]: Can't link execution file: Permission denied Previously this box ran out of disk space, but it has plently left now. I have checked the relevant files mentioned in the atd man page, however everything looks normal. I straced the atd init script starting up and I could see nothing unusual. any hints? anyone know what the at homepage is? google doesn't seem to help dave -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/slug
