I'm not very familiar with running stuff on Linux...., hence; I'm looking at setting a number of v-host, and, need to automate/simplify processing web logs how do I handle on Linux Apache reverse log lookup ,logs per v-host, and deleting old logs ?
on my present server, I have one log per server; once the daily log is closed, I run reverse lookup; then, the log is split into each domain and moved to each v-host's log directory then, logs older than xx are deleted then, webalizer and analog run the script needs to take care of either newly added, or, removed domains does anyone has any scripts that will manage all V-host log processing, or, how's done ?
