Hi all,

I'm trying to get IE working on WINE, as per these instructions:

http://appdb.codeweavers.com/noteview.php?noteId=74&appId=25&versionId=8

It's all gone reasonably well - I now actually have an IE window on my
screen. Alas, when I type an address in the address bar it does nothing.
I get this error on the xterm I ran it from:

err:shell:SHCoCreateInstance failed (0x80040154) to create CLSID:
        {20d04fe0-3aea-1069-a2d8-08002b30309d} (My Computer) IID:
        {000214e6-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} (IID_IShellFolder)
err:shell:SHCoCreateInstance class not found in registry

grepping the ~/.wine/*.reg files I can't find anything with 'My
Computer' in it. I'm hoping that this is as simple as a missing registry
entry, but either way, does anyone have any suggestions to get it
working?

If anyone does have it working, and can zap me a copy of the
~/.wine/*.reg files, that would be most helpful.

Other info: I made a user account for IE, it didn't have anything in
there before the IE install, and I basically followed all the
instructions.

Many thanks,

James.
