It's probably worth pointing out that linux.conf.au is incredibly cheap
compared to other IT industry conferences. Compare $500 for a 5 day event,
to $1000 for many day-long introduction or tutorial events, and $4000 for a
particular two-day usability shin-dig I was interested in going to last
year.
I'd say that LCA is of much greater value, too. ;-)
