I think it all depends on what they do. At the moment everyone is panicing
over who they've hired, there don't seem to be any details of what patents
they think they could enforce, let alone which ones may have been breached
(if any are still in force).
It may also get interesting if they chase a claimed infringement and find that
the person who wrote the code isn't in the US.
