Uhm, I recommend against transparent proxy unless you have a *very* good reason. Mozilla and MSIE both support proxy autoconfiguration. If you need to force proxy use, use interception to show a "HOWTO Configure Proxy Use" web page. But don't use interception for accessing the proxy. (incorrectly called transparent proxing).
