This course is purely scholarship based. According to the uni, students
who apply need to have a UAI of 95 or above, and also attend an
interview with uni staff (cant tell you who that would be - I suppose
the computing dept dean/s)

Given they stress you must have a UAI of 95 or above, personally I don't
think you would be able to transfer from another institution, or rather,
without great difficulty. (not saying it isnt possible)

Regarding the industry component - I would suspect you'd have nearly a
100% chance of having a job after graduating, or before.

That's only my 2c worth - it may not be 100% right, I just know a little
because I wanted to do it also.
