Scribus is about all you'll find in the Open Source world that even remotely
competes. Commercial Wine products may not list MS Publisher as *supported*,
but it may very well run.
I use Quark XPress and PageMaker under VMWare fairly regularly. They didn't
run so well in Win4Lin (even after fixing up the weird Win4Lin variables to
make them run at all).
