hi guys

still having problems getting sound working on my laptop. 

i've tried everything i can think of, including all the suggestions found
via google and groups.google

i've provided all the info i can think of that would be relevant, if you
want any more just ask.

setup:
toshiba portege 7020ct
debian testing
kernel 2.4.20-686
alsa modules installed
