I think it would be the size as reported by df after mounting the disk.
There might be hidden bits of data that don't get recorded by df but are
important to the disk, though...
Better ways of duplicating CDs are:
* Using cdread (input equivalent of cdrecord) to rip the disk, or
* Mounting the disk and running mkisofs over it.
