Expunge -> Totally remove message that is marked for deletion in any folder
Empty Trash -> Totally remove messages in the Trash folder

It's a very silly and confusing distinction, yeah. However, some IMAP
servers shift deleted ("not yet expunged") messages to the Trash and stuff
like that... It would be nice to work out a way of 'optimising out' this
weird distinction.
