Looks good, Geoffrey, hopefully LPIC201/202 will be available next year. One area which I think is important is system administration for small office home office ( SOHO ) situations. This is the less sexy end of Linux but really important for the end users. I speak from experience as sys admin for a small network which supports two students. ;-) The things that really excite my users are: * printing, especially when it stops for no apparent reason in the middle of a 10 page document * Mozilla browsers which don't have the necessary plug ins to render some web sites * Open Office Writer which doesn't have an Australian dictionary or thesaurus installed. I've tried but couldn't get it to work. :-(
This is my two bob's worth for the TBA section of the course.
