http://macromedia.mplug.org/site_uh.html for flash. Which distro are you
on? There's sources for mandrake, redhat and debian (and others) there
so they can be automagically installed with urpmi or apt-get.

I am told (note: I've not tried it because I simply can't stand
Dreamweaver) that WINE will run dreamweaver. There's instructions here:

claims that foxpro runs too.

Of course it's probably a little fiddly to get going, but it looks like
there's hope.

You might also want to look at the unixodbc stuff for accessing windows
DBs accross the network.

Alas I can't think of a dreamweaver replacement. I use vim :).
