njabl.org is the one that works best for me.  IT automatically does relay
tests on any server which is looked up unless it's already in cache.  That
means that it generally finds spam relays within a minute or so of
spammers starting to use them.

use procmail.

I use:

        DCC and vipul's razor for checksums
        bogofilter and spam oracle bayesian filters

spam oracle is the only one that comes up with false positives.  All of
those false positives are from outlook users.

spamassassin is also very popular.
