I'd boot up in run level 2. Then either use the text version of the redhat setup tool. Otherwise you could hand edit the XF86config file or probably wiser if you don't know all the details of the vid card / monitor, run the Xconfigurator app.

I don't run Redhat so your mileage may vary.
