hi folks .. i seem to be meeting folks who want simple applications written to run some bit of their biz ... met 2 yesterday .. for example
whilst i have written a few things here and there in the dim dark distant past ... i simply have not been keeping up with it here on linux .. as such .. i hope to be able to build alliances with folks here to come up with simple apps ... at the moment .. i m thinking something along the lines of a form in a browser which the user can fill out to update some database ... i think this is possible in very simple situations but i could be wrong ... needless to say ... this is something which the user will be willing to pay for :) my only competition so far seems to be some bozos who are suggesting some kinda "solution" based on some kinda proprietary o/s *yawn* pls contact me off list if u think u can help ... thanks -- SLUG - Sydney Linux User's Group - http://slug.org.au/ More Info: http://lists.slug.org.au/listinfo/slug
