what do I asses it it with, top ?

below is *not* from the workstation, just as a 'sample'

  2:59pm up 28 days, 15:23, 1 user, load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00
81 processes: 80 sleeping, 1 running, 0 zombie, 0 stopped
CPU states: 0.1% user, 0.1% system, 0.0% nice, 99.6% idle
Mem: 247504K av, 239552K used, 7952K free, 0K shrd, 31640K buff
Swap: 522104K av, 39924K used, 482180K free 151640K cached

so, am I looking at having 'Swap: used' value as ... 0 ?
with 'enough' RAM will the swap go to '0' ?
