Hi all,
I mentioned qemu after Jaq's talk last night, so thought I should send a
pointer to it... Especially now that I see it has all kinds of new features!
"The QEMU x86 emulator now supports full system emulation. It integrates a
new tool called vl (Virtual Linux) which enables you to you launch an
unpatched Linux kernel. Virtual Linux supports serial port and network
(NE2000 card) emulation."
--> *ENABLES YOU TO LAUNCH AN UNPATCHED LINUX KERNEL* <--
"IDE emulation, Copy On Write disk images and gdb stub support."

so just click on the link to let you in)
I've run the x86 acroread binary on my ppc iBook with much older versions of
qemu, and supposedly DOSEmu works well, too. It's particularly useful for
running Wine applications on weird arches... Such as ppc and s390.
Great software, many thanks to Fabrice!
