Partition Magic from Powerquest (commercial product) can do this for
ext2, maybe ext3 in the newer version (check the box)  --
Don't know any Opensource/free apps that can do this though.

Keep bootdisks for your linux distros, since Win2k will certainly
overwrite your MBR without your consent.
