As it says in the "Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" DON'T PANIC!

I assume from seeing other posts that you are running Debian Unstable.
Have a look for /etc/lilo.conf, edit it and run lilo.  There may be a
profoma lilo.conf nearby or under /usr/share/doc/lilo/ 

Presumably you have inadvertantly run lilo with a version of
/etc/lilo.conf which either did not mention the windows partition or had
it comented out. None of your windows data should have been affected.
