Ah I see you are using "LookOut Sexpress" (or at least your headers do: X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1106). I was going to suggest Kmail because it has great POP3 filters that let you do the sort of thing you want auto-magically....alas, $EMPLOYER probably mandates all employees be subjected to MS-(be)ware. So I can only suggest this: http://www.ericphelps.com/pop3/ I know a number of people using it and it seems reasonably useful and stable.
