Does anyone know of a good web based CRM ? I have been looking around and found egs it doesn't want to work at them moment :(

I haven't used any of these but you might want to check them out:

Not knowing what feature set is important kinda limits the advice I can offer. If none of these "fit". Search Freshmeat (http://freshmeat.net/) and SourceForge (http://www.sf.net/) for some more.
