Shaun, you also might want you check your distro out. Under mandrake there is a misc directory which have a little tool called MakeCD (This is part of the cd file system not part of the os. I haven't tried the script yet will after I have all the cooker rpms. The script will create the bootable iso files. hope this is a better option than changing distros.
