interesting idea.. that would also have the benefit of keeping any stray outgoing smtp attempts (worms/virii etc) under control, wouldn't it.


meantime, on the advice of experts elsewhere, i've added the proper MX record for my fake zone and all seems well. this being a small org. with only the one ISP involved it seemed the thing to do at the time..
