I have no idea what BuildPro is, but if it's not some custom bollocks
language then there's a fair chance that a port won't be out of the
question.  Even C# is supported (to some degree) by the Mono project.

Report generators are one of the things which are a bit light on in the
Linux world, unfortunately.  I don't know how complex a report generator you
need, but I've not heard anyone say "this is as good as Crystal Reports".

There's no shortage of X Windows clients for windows, and it's just a choice
between installing a MetaFrame client or an X client.
